Project Administrator

To support Collaboration and Change Manager and team

Hours:
15 hours a week – 3 hours a day Monday to Friday. Times are flexible but must be between our core hours of 9am and 5pm and the flexibility of supporting events in evenings and weekends.
Salary:
£ 26,228.48 pro rata
Contract:
Fixed term 1 April – 30 September 2026 with possible extension subject to funding.

We're looking for creative facilitators

Are you an artist, poet, author, spoken word artist, storyteller, or someone with a passion for delivering creative activities? We work with a diverse range of artists who collaborate with our communities and participants.

We see the power of creativity, arts, writing and storytelling to support community connection and improve health and mental wellbeing.

We deliver activities six days a week at our home hub in Llanelli and three days a week at the Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre in Carmarthen. We also offer one-to-one activity for people in rural isolation, and sessions in care homes and at events across West Wales.

Facilitation
